[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide document scanning and retrieval system for reduce the amount of paper storage space required, make retrieval of scanned documents easy, reduce the number of lost documents, document management should be flexible enough to configure uniquely per division or group, vendor to come in and install a system for document management for both a test and production environment, end user training for veterinary and agronomic staff, and administrator training for its staff to support and configure the system.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 08, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
