[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide travel management services for the university to accept travel requests for the online booking system, foreign, group or other travel,
- An emergency travel includes but is not limited to commercial travel related to medical assistance, death assistance, civil unrest, war and being stranded due to inclement weather for domestic and international travel,
- Must secure reservations for domestic and international travel, including airfare, lodging, water and ground transportation, and other travel advisements and requirements as necessary,
- Billing information, including invoice number and last 6 digits of credit card used,
- Must work with airlines to negotiate cancellation fees when traveler has a valid reason to change, cancel, a flight,
- Tracking and utilizing unused tickets and credits provide mechanism for tracking and utilizing unused tickets and credits with airlines an alert system that warns travellers of unused credits,
- An online request, approval and booking tool, referred to as the online booking tool that is configurable,
- Integration must include at a minimum automated reconciliation with the travel itinerary, credit card expenses and any electronic receipts, data sharing from travel providers,
- Booking capabilities must include airline, lodging, rail, ground and water transportation for domestic and foreign travel,
- An alliance relationship with respect to marketing of the program and on-line booking system, must be able to provide on-going marketing, training and promotion of the program and system to the government authority located in Greensboro, NC.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 9, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
