[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide presidential search consulting services for all administrative and managerial aspects in the development and operations of the College, reports directly to the Board and functions with its guidance and at its direction to the government authority located in Elizabeth City, NC.
- The President is responsible for providing the quality of leadership and management leading to the successful accomplishment of the College mission and vision. The President shall
plan, organize, direct and review the overall administrative and academic operations and activities of the college; provide highly responsible recommendations to the Board of Trustees; and
represent the college's interests with other educational agencies, institutions, governments, industry and the communities in its seven-county service area.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 03, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
