[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive independent assessment entity services to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.
- Medicaid’s plan personal care program operates under state Medicaid clinical coverage policy
- Under the plan personal care program, services are provided to Beneficiaries who have a medical condition, cognitive impairment, or disability who demonstrate unmet needs for hands-on assistance with qualifying activities of daily living.
- The physically disabled includes individuals of all ages with a documented medical condition or physical disability.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 1, 2019.
(3) Contract term will be three years.
