Government Authority located in North Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for functional consulting services for PeopleSoft security v9.3.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide functional consulting services for PeopleSoft security v9.3.
- A plan to automate security role assignments which will facilitate a more efficient employee onboarding and offboarding process.
- Documentation of security audit risks and how we can mitigate them and other areas where users have more access than needed for their job responsibilities. This should include recommendations on segregation of duties and compensating controls.
- Proposed security structure that would facilitate the use of delegation for time approvals.
- Documentation of improvements that can be made currently as well as a plan to allow for a successful future move to fluid approvals.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 4, 2019.
(3) An optional pre-proposal conference will be due on March 29, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
