Government Authority located in Charlotte, North Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for plan room and reprographic services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital plan room and reprographic services to the government authority located in Charlotte, NC.
- Digital plan room must be accessible via an internet website interface, secure, free of service disruptions, and easy to access/navigate by city staff and members of the public, digital plan room must be able to index these files in a manner that provides search capabilities on basic bidding/project information.
- Website Posting items must be uploaded and available for review within 24 hours of receipt by the firm, city’s website is the “official” advertisement for each project, digital documents will be stored on the firm’s servers until scheduled construction of each project is complete and may range from a few weeks to more than a year.
- Record Keeping to maintain accurate records detailing the number of bid packages sold for each
project and a price breakdown for the number of separate sheets sold, maintain the list of
bidders of record and their contact information, which shall be accessible to the public.
- Document Scanning Services for plan sheets for archival purposes, bookmarked PDF’s shall be delivered to the City electronically and mylars are to be returned to the City department’s designated location immediately after scanning is completed, Scans of drawings will be at a resolution that captures all details of the hard copy and provides legible, to-scale plots of the scanned image, PDF created from the scanned mylars shall be searchable by the city of charlotte
file number, project name or project number.
- Scanning may be required for various other post-bidding project documents, including but not limited to, bid manuals, contracts, amendments, and change orders, the scans shall be delivered to the city via electronic medium.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on March 25, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than March 29, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
