[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services for residence halls to house resident students, work should include strip and wax floors, shampoo carpets, wipe down walls, clean windows, light fixtures, kitchens, bathrooms, dust and vacuum to the government authority located in Elizabeth City, NC.
- Remove any and all trash left by students from the entire residence hall
- Strip and wax all hallways, lobby, office and computer room floors
- Clean all glass entrance doors interior and exterior
- Clean the large glass area over the front desk
- Clean all baseboards throughout the building
- Clean kitchen areas appliances, floors and walls
- Clean micro-fridges inside and out removing any food left by students
- Wipe down walls to remove stains
- Clean and dust all furniture to remove any removable stains
- Desks and dresser drawers are to be cleaned to remove debris such as but not limited to, hair and ink stains
- Clean all mattress surfaces
- Clean all suite and room entrance doors interior and exterior
- Remove chair cushions and vacuum under them
- Clean windows, seals and panes
- Clean all blinds
- Sweep and mop all bathroom floors
- Deep clean toilets, vanities and showers
- Replace all shower curtains
- Clean all light fixtures
- Clean laundry facilities
- Clean stairwells, landings
- Clean elevator floors, ceilings, walls and shine all stainless steel.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on March 21, 2019.
(3) All written questions must be submitted no later than March 25, 2019.
(4) A contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
