[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide market valuation services for develop a state government facilities master plan, identify and evaluate the cost-effectiveness of various disposition alternatives evaluate alternatives to more cost-effectively utilize office space for a designated pilot property and state agency, decision-makers with the necessary information to effectively manage the state owned and leased office space and to make informed decisions regarding the disposition of its real estate, facility condition assessment, identify any portfolio-wide asset or management strategies that will lower overall costs from the state’s perspective, consideration of the costs and benefits of various utilization and disposition alternatives to include selling and renovating/remodelling the facility, estimated time to complete construction phase, estimated transaction costs, including real estate commissions and any other related expenses to the government authority located in Baltimore, NC.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than April 1, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
