[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide travel management service for accept travel requests via telephone and email, but the primary vehicle for arrangements will be an online booking system provided by the contractor, accept travel requests for the online booking system, foreign, group or other travel, secure reservations for domestic and international travel, including airfare, lodging, water and ground transportation, and other travel advisements/requirements as necessary, issue all necessary travel related documents to travelers within guidelines set forth in the negotiated performance measures, capability of providing group travel planning assistance to also include hotel accommodations at discounted rates, able to support policy and procedure enforcement at the university and or departmental level, able to identify rules for acceptable travel types by traveller, agency and department, able to capture information about travel arrangements and approvals which can be electronically routed at the time of booking, able to support report generation, support traveller profiles and data reporting as described in travel data and ability to identify transactions, or portions of transactions, that were for personal use to the government authority located in North Carolina.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 20, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
