[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide security services to provide competent and efficient security service including non-armed security officers to ensure that customers, visitors, employees, facility, and parking areas are properly protected to the government authority located in High Point, NC.
•regular and continuous patrolling of the buildings and grounds while on duty
•work cooperatively with City’s staff to ensure a pleasant atmosphere
•observe all cars going in and out of the grounds
•upon request, escort staff to their cars
•prepare incident reports to describe any contact with citizens that was not routine
•The City wishes to have decision authority as to which present security officers are to be retained, provided that such officers meet the hiring Qualifications of the awarded vendor.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 19, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
