[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services for empty trash in all offices, kitchen, and bathrooms, restock bath with soap, toilet tissue and roll paper towels, clean and sanitize all sinks, toilets and kitchen counters, clean and polish restroom mirrors and chrome hardware, damp wipe restroom partitions and doors, sweep/clean, mop floors and sanitize all bathroom and kitchen floors, vacuum all offices including conference areas, common areas, hallways and stairways, clean reception and waiting room glass partition, sweep front, side and back outside entrances, dust all conference areas and common areas and mats must be pick-up and turn, damp wipe walls, doors, light switches, handles, handrails, push plates, clean, organize, and restock the janitorial closet, clean and polish kick plates, thresholds, dish washing soap in kitchen areas and trash can liners to the government authority located in Pinehurst, NC.
(2) A mandatory site visit will be held on February 13, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 18, 2019.
