[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide administration and management services from the application to the closing of these loans, while maintaining the security of the accounts including billing, collections, and possible assignment, once all processes have been accomplished, maintain accounts while students are enrolled in school, loan information to the students that leave the university or graduate, and an online exit option for electronic completion, collect payments and assign past due accounts to agencies to the government authority located in Wilmington, NC.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than February 11, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
