[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide IT service management solution for supports the management of IT incidents, preventative maintenance, enhance and increase service level success, improve quality and reliability of support services, optimize resource utilization, promote collaboration across silos, visually well‐designed and user friendly, access from mobile devices, self‐service intake for project and work requests by faculty, staff, and students, initiation and tracking of requests across multiple disciplines and processes, management of a backlogs and deferred maintenance, data retention and reporting on current and historical system records, ability to make global system notices or announcements area on main screens, ability to merge, group, link, and/or create parent child relationships for tickets with related issues, supports easy collaboration and resolution of tickets with multiple resources assigned, capability to email requestor directly from the work order and add other emails, ability for the requestor and assigned resolver to share attachments, ticket status easily visible to requesters, email to ticket functionality, ability for requestor to edit their request before assignment to a resource, easy routing of tickets to work queues, ability to set owner for entries and scheduled content review dates, mobile app interface with reactive design, ability to capture multiple locations for tickets, process and customizable workflow design, ability to manually add assets and ability to import data.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
