[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide design and construction management services for employee overflow parking and repair to existing parking lots including Coordinate the repair document preparation and design of the overflow parking lot with Transit staff. Develop that outline contractor minimum qualifications, summary of the work, schedule, work restrictions, and general repair materials and installation procedures in coordination with Town requirements, Work with the Town to develop a final list of repairs, construction budget, and construction schedule that is consistent with the town funding budget. work with town staff to ensure all regulatory requirements etc.to the government authority located in Chapel Hill, NC.
(2) A pre-submittal conference will be held on February 11, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than February 18, 2019.
