[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency notification system that will be a key component of college’s campus safety, security, and emergency communications strategies. Including provide a mobile emergency communication system any business continuity plan that includes hosting infrastructure and methods to ensure redundancy for the system, mass communication emergency communications platform and a listing of the types of devices, operating systems, and web browsers on which the platform will run, any and all notification methods that are a part of the system such as SMS, Email, social media, and push notification capabilities, any single infrastructural points of failure in the messaging delivery process between the hosting centre and the intended destination of the message including a description of how the risk of failure is minimized for the different types of messages, any data back-up and recovery policies and procedures, the system’s ability to send messages via a touchtone phone, smartphone app, and any browser and platform that runs on ios, android, mac, and pc, capabilities to target messaging to specific geographical areas, allow onetime, event-based user sign up to establish an emergency communication system for specific, time-limited events such as graduation, capability to send messages on a 24/7/365 basis, systems capability to support two-way messaging, ability to capture all communications to keep a full record of all activities, system’s capabilities to work as a “check-in” tool where users can report themselves as safe and any technical and customer support and system maintenance and its availability.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 8, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
