[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide SCADA system to provide new human machine interface software.
- Software package selected will be used as the HMI platform to support SCADA system at all water, wastewater, collections and distributions facilities,
- Services should provide telephone support and software updates for security patches, bug fixes, and version upgrades, telephone support program shall include an option to provide 24/7 availability,
- System to be contiguous enabling access to all facilities, non-proprietary hardware and software platform,
- implement high performance techniques as part of SCADA updates,
- Data acquisition subsystem and integrated databases, historical data subsystems,
- SCADA systems still support hardware-based licensing, but the shift is to a more software-based system.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 1, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
