[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisor services for development, analysis, and review of complex financial plans and transactions, create and develop a complex financial model, manage the bond financing process and negotiate key business points to accomplish, analyse and report on the advantages and disadvantages of each proposed financing, prepare special projects or special financial advisory studies, review interlocal and other agreements as they are being drafted to determine potential, coordinate the preparation and review of financing documents, review proposed financing and refinancing, evaluate the soundness and creditworthiness of the applicant financial plan for the project and financial analysis of the evaluation of proposed credit structures, calculation of debt service coverage ratios, development of alternative debt repayment structures to the government authority located in Columbus, NC.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 3, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
