[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide SharePoint consulting services on an as-needed basis that is used by our faculty, staff and students to access information, submit electronic forms and access other computer systems including colleague ERP system.
- The portal product is built upon a customized implementation of Microsoft SharePoint 2013 enterprise server.
- The SharePoint environment consists of an administrative server, three front-end servers and two servers which manage the SQL database.
1. SharePoint administration - Assist with the administration of user profiles, user permissions to access specific forms, lists, sites and views.
2. InfoPath form development and support - Development and modifications of InfoPath forms as required.
3. Nintex workflow development and support - Development, modifications and trouble-shooting of Nintex created workflows. There are also a number of site workflows that evaluate imported data and update SharePoint lists.
4. Layer2 - Development, modifications and trouble-shooting of Nintex created workflows. There are also a number of site workflows that evaluate imported data and update SharePoint lists.
5. Java - Development, modifications and trouble-shooting of Nintex created workflows. There are also a number of site workflows that evaluate imported data and update SharePoint lists.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2018.
(3) Contract term will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
