Government Authority located in North Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for strategic planning development services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning development services for skills, expertise, and experience with facilitating the development of a strategic plan in higher education, understanding of university operations, ability to identify and convene stakeholders, experience in reaching consensus within a diverse group of stakeholders, capacity to travel to campus or surrounding areas as needed, experience in developing action plans from broad goals, ability to align university plan to the system office plan, experience creating communication plans and engaging stakeholders, experience creating plans that are actionable and measurable, capacity to finalize all requirements by September 2019, conduct stakeholder forums to receive feedback, develop a communication strategy for implementation, provide, interpret, and analyze data to assist in the strategic positioning of the institution in all critical areas and process to conclude in 8 months or less.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held on November 19, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than November 27, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
