Government Authority located in North Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for paper to digital document scanning and digitization services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning and digitization services using scanning resolution 300 to 400 DPI in TIFF and PDF format.
- Every image on each reel of microfilm should be scanned, including microfilm target frames.
Target images should be identified in reel metadata and not display.
- To scan microfilm reels, capture descriptive metadata, run OCR and provide XML mark-up using METS/ALTO for approximately 100,000 pages of historic newspapers.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than November 09, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite and Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
