(1) Vendor needs to provide force management and analysis support services for encompass conceptual development, capabilities requirements generation, force development, organizational development, force integration functions, and resourcing within the department of defense,
- Execution of force management activities are reflective of statutory requirements, National and Defense strategies and the supportive policies, procedures and decisions which influence the integration of capabilities,
- Integration and execution of force management activities require in‐depth knowledge and understanding of these factors, policies, procedures, interrelationships and impacts on the total force, to the government authority located in Fort Bragg, NC.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
