[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic document management and workflow software includes functions like document management, file creation, document filing, document indexing, document and data linking, file retrieval, electronic records management, retention and disposition schedules, workflow, document routing, serial and parallel task flows, electronic forms, noticeboards and dashboards for task assignment and management, imaging, document recognition, content security, search features, browsing and folders, integration with our housing authority management system, implement the selected system in its’ housing choice voucher and programs.
(2) Vendor needs to convert the existing Document Image System file vision into the new system.
- 88,118 files (pdf, scv, jpeg) formats
- Total Size 78.5 GB
- The Vendor is expected to convert the existing Yardi documents into the new system.
- 178,068 files PDF format
- Total Size 197 GB
- Streamline the processing of documents and information, including the ability to automatically capture the following document types: inbound emails and attachments, faxes, scanned images, existing electronic documents, other paper documents such as: applicant, client, resident and landlord records, requisitions, inspections, quotes, invoices, vouchers, employee records, etc. and to store the captured objects (image and documents) by indexing into a single, electronic repository which allows the retrieval of the objects from anywhere via WAN, LAN, VPN, intranet or internet (any TCP/IP Route).
- Provide an enterprise content management system integrated with core business and operations applications without requiring additional programming.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on November 7, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
