(1) Vendor needs to provide stormwater engineering services for preliminary engineering, design and construction management services and other stormwater related projects as may be necessary, Geographic Information System (GIS) electronic on an as need basis for specified projects, construction oversight/administration services and hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to the government authority located in Cary, NC.
