[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic advisory services to understand the strategic position and future vision of leading medical schools and academic medical centers, to evaluate how the leading strategies in academic medicine and medical education could be applied to advancing mission in eastern state, to establish a strategic vision for the organization of the agency to optimally position the school to effectively implement these strategies and prioritize infrastructure and personnel investments necessary to achieve this vision to the government authority located in Greenville, NC.
- Review and evaluation of the current organization and governance of the medical school, review and evaluation of the educational operations of the medical school and its interactions with health
professional education and educational opportunities in the community, consideration of best practices in academic medicine from other institutions, consideration of regulatory and accreditation risks and opportunities, evaluation of facilities, key personnel, priorities, and investment in the context of the above considerations and identification of key performance indicators for leadership to evaluate progress against goals.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 29, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
