[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide concessions leasing strategy consulting services to develop a recommendation for a concession to develop a recommendation for a concession including
- Create a world-class customer experience
- Feature a blend of national and local shops and restaurants that appeal to customers’ travel and lifestyle needs
- Increase sales and revenue generation
- Provide financially viable lease opportunities
- Identify diverse, high caliber, and financially and operationally-capable concession operators for leasing opportunities
- Maintain design standards that results in facilities of world class- caliber that enhance the appearance of the terminals
- Focus Prime Concessionaire leases on food and retail concession opportunities
- Utilize Direct Leases for personal services and strategic leasing opportunities; i.e. ATMs, spa services and customer amenities
- Maximize administrative and operational efficiencies available through the Prime Concessionaire model
- Minimize the number of leases to be managed by the authority, etc.to the government authority located in RDU Airport, NC.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 6, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
