[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide campus portal solution will serve as a ubiquitous ‘online’ hub for all constituents affiliated with central piedmont students, faculty, staff, and contractors, solution will be able to dispatch constituents via appropriate authentication and authorization processes to their intended destinations, solution will allow constituents to customize some or all parts of their user experience, availability of customization, branding, language localization and look-and-feel options, availability of communication methods and any ability to differentiate communication based on User groups/constituencies, availability of any two-way communication methods including survey capabilities, availability of design, creation and administration of workflows, approaches to user experience, including the mobile space, performance, reliability and scalability, customer service and support, availability and diversity of reporting and analytics, enumeration of any limitations as far as minimum technical requirements and roadmap for the future.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 2, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
