[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide foreign language translation and interpreting services.
- On-Site language interpretation will include on-site Spanish interpretation some facilities will require language interpretation for other spoken languages including hard-to-find interpreters including Burmese, Korean, including various dialects native to specific worldwide regions, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Interpreters shall be familiar with medical and legal terminology within a healthcare setting and shall be able to interpret/translate such terminology to the patients during treatment team meetings and other interactions with staff.
- Off-Site document translation services for all twelve healthcare facilities with the most common language being Spanish.
- The most common languages in need of interpretation for preferred Vendor shall include: Spanish, Arabic, Ethnic, Chinese, Mandarin, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Urdu, Tagalog, Gujarati, Albanian, Assyrian, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Cambodian, Cantonese, Greek, Korean, Italian, Napoli, Malayalam, Punjabi, Romanian, Serbo-Croatian, Serbian, Telegu/Hin, Turkish and Vietnamese.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than October 23, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
