[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental and geotechnical due diligence services for the development of a three hundred plus acre industrial park including environmental and geotechnical data related to the development nature and potential obstacles that will be incorporated in the overall development budget and overall master planning of the industrial park to the government located in Monroe, NC.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
