[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic contract management system software and services to create, maintain, track and review contractual documents throughout the entire contract life-cycle in a secure, version-controlled environment, solution must provide secure login with single, role-based access, solution must integrate with Microsoft Office and DocuSign or offer equivalent functionality, solution must generate standard and ad hoc reports and send alerts to users when key milestones are approaching and also must provide a secure repository with version controls, users must be able to track contractual deliverables in the solution.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 14, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
