Government Authority located in Dallas, North Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for student accident insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide student accident insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance services for claims purpose and policy is a mandatory excess accident only insurance policy and provides secondary coverage unless the student does not have primary coverage, at which time this policy becomes primary and provides first dollar coverage to the government authority located in Dallas, NC.
- Claim Procedure
(a) All claims must be reportable on claims forms supplied by the successful Vendor. Vendor shall provide a paper copy of its Claim Form with it bid response.
(b) The successful Vendor shall provide paper and electronic brochures and policy information for distribution to all students.
(c) Vendor shall provide a toll-free number for plan inquiries
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 24, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
