[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and video replacement services for replacing cameras, microphones, speakers, annotation monitors, and recording and sound systems and adding annotation monitors, podiums, multiple displays on casters, a mobile camera, equalizers and live streaming equipment to the government authority located Raleigh, NC.
(2) A Mandatory Site Visit will be held on Sept 11, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than Sept 18, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be three years.
