[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide camera maintenance services;
- 24-hour Emergency response
- Replacement unit if problem not fixable
- Pre-planned preventative maintenance visits
- Check history of system since last maintenance visit
- Ensure clamping bolts and brackets are tightened correctly
- Installation of cameras and associated equipment will meet or exceed requirements
- Provide a service ticket for each visit for maintenance, repair, replacement or new installation
- Clean cameras lenses and housings as necessary
- Check lenses for correct focusing and operation of auto-ins and adjust as necessary
- Check lenses for correct field of view and adjust as necessary for optimal coverage
- Inspect brackets, housings and associated fittings for corrosion or damage
- Check the satisfactory transmission of images to remote site to the government authority located in Cullowhee, NC.
(2) All written questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.
