(1) Vendor needs to provide data portal, custom online portal to help manage and communicate the eligibility, solution should include data accessibility, linkage of data, user experience and sustainability, allow for easy analysis of data to inform human capital management decisions.
- System will need to confirm eligibility based on a number of data points including hire date, summative evaluation scores, student growth data, attendance, school performance, mentoring participation, etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 18, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
