[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive compensation study services for all staff technical positions to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.
- Review, validate and recommend modifications as needed to information technology job descriptions.
- Review current compensation plan to ensure clear understanding, be able to identify potential areas of risks and make recommendations to avoid any such risk.
- Develop a clearly defined process by which staff hired into new positions are placed into an appropriate salary range based on years of experience, education, skills etc.
- Conduct market analysis of the classification and compensation structure.
- Short and long-term roadmaps for plan sustainability.
- Recommended compensation salary structure specific for information technology job positions based on study results.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 18, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
