[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) vendor needs to provide web-based online play system for third party generated pages and functionality, responsive design and configuration for mobile devices, support for various web browsers, performance of identity check via third party, configuration of purchasing functionality for all games, messaging within the online play application, player data and information management, ability to change transaction status, configure setup and implementation of a backend host system and transaction engine for the recording of online play transactions, perform a real time view of sales and financial data, development for new games offered through online plays, new system
functionality and enhancements, instant ticket redemption for points via instant ticket serial number, promotion banner serve capability and lottery mobile application with enhancements and new functionality.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than July 31, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
