[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning services that must convert hard copy files to a PDF, must convert the images and be an accurate representation of the hard copies, allow for full-text searching within the contents of the documents.
- An approximately 540,000 costs per cost per image scanned to PDF for onsite conversion.
(2) An urged and cautioned site visit will be held on May 30, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 1, 2018.
(4) An approximately work volume will be 540,000 individual documents.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
