(1) Vendor needs to provide medical database administration service is to ensure that all medical data bases are correctly updated, all medical records are updated within a timely manner and indexed correctly, ensure all data coding is compatible with data entry system and procedural requirements, scanning and indexing support for health readiness record, conduct online index or sort of medical records, review, scan and index medical records and update current information, research problems and develop short-term and long-term solutions and automation contingency plans to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.
(2) This bid is set aside for HUBZone.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
