[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide school transaction, account matching and reconciliation solution for a software or SaaS solution that provides the following functionality:
• Schedules importing data from all sources of financial information,
- ERP Systems
- Bank files
- Credit card processors
- Merchant services
• Automates all steps of the reconciliation process,
• Compares and matches account data at the transaction level using user defined matching rules,
• Automated review and approval workflows with segregation of duty capabilities,
• Ability to store supporting documentation for audit purposes,
• Customizable templates for automated email research requests,
• Automates creation of Costpoint preprocessor files that feed the general ledger,
• Monitors account fluctuations outside specified thresholds,
• Dashboard for management that includes productivity reporting.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 16, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
