Government Authority located in Greenville, North Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for dining services management.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide dining and athletic concessions management services to the government authority located in Greenville, NC.
- Provides dining services program management to higher education clients through a separate division.
- Provide a full menu for each service platform indicating the number of weeks in the cycle and provide the proposed cycle menu.
- provide online ordering and invoicing capabilities for catering events, pricing for all ancillary charges such as bar service, minimum service fees, mandatory gratuity, flowers, linen charges, delivery charges, staffing charges, etc.
- Provide Marketing plan including residential dining, retail dining, on campus catering, conferences, life skills educational sessions, etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 1, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 15, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be for ten years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
