[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video-commercial production services to shoot, edit and provide in workable formats digital, radio and television commercials, includes development of storyboards, commercial production, editing and finalization of radio and television, spots, digital spots as well as digital still photography to complement video production, creative concepting, production and execution of fully executed radio and television commercials, story boards, collateral, commercial production and on-site shooting.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 9, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
