[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning services using minimum scanning resolution at 300 dpi in PDF format.
(2) An approximate work volume is 1,000,000 documents including approximately 250 microfilm cartridges and 300 microfiche slips.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 4, 2018.
(4) A pre-bid meeting will be held on May 4, 2018.
