[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency notification services to the government authority located in Boone, NC.
- Vendor must provide a secure solution for individual data, must provide a fully hosted solution, must support the ability to upload or download subscriber data in a standard comma delimited text file format, must be able to deliver messages to at least 25,000 subscribers, allow system administrators the ability to add, delete or purge individual subscribers without interfering with any scheduled automated uploads.
- Proposed solution shall provide a comprehensive SMS, email, and voice (phone) reporting capability, must offer a user interface that is intuitive and easy to use, allow for easy development of ad-hoc dynamic messages to include the ability to create a message, select appropriate contacts lists and appropriate communication messages.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 09, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
