[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide call management and service desk knowledge based system to acquire information from vendors regarding implementing a call management system platform with an integrated service desk knowledge base system, the information provided may inform leadership about industry landscape of call management and service desk knowledge base software, services and technology available today and viable for the next 10-20 years and partnerships for service desk knowledge base solutions.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 23, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
