[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enrollment broker services for and support transformation of the medicaid program from fee-for-service to managed care with a history of providing choice counseling, call center capabilities and other enrollment broker services with population of proven track record of on-time implementation and delivery of services and customer satisfaction, managed care program including physical, behavioral health and pharmacy services to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.
