[A] Budget: looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide media buying and creative services for flood safety campaign outreach to educate the public about floodplains, flood risks, flood insurance and storm preparation, creating media strategy and buying for cause-related marketing and advertising, create media plan for each campaign based upon market and media research, utilize the most efficient combination of advertising media to promote public awareness and engagement, post-buy analyses for each media outlet, talent and resources needed for developing creative content, develop creative content for the social media channels and develop creative content for the variety of messages and media channels aforementioned .
(2) All the question must be submitted no later than January 29, 2018.
(3) A pre-submittal meeting will be held on January 18, 2018.
