(1) Vendor needs to provide microfilm images to digital conversion services using scanning resolution at 300 DPI grayscale images in adobe acrobat files.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 2,534 of 16 mm microfilm cartridges (2500 to 3500 images per cartridge).
(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
