Government Authority located in Raleigh, North Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for audio and lighting production services for an event.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and lighting production services for an event beginning at
approximately 8:00 p.m. and run approximately 1.5 hours include cheer and dance performances, women's basketball team introductions, men's basketball team introductions, player basketball skills, dunk contest, fan contests on the court and a performance by red panda, need for riggers to fly lights/trusses from the ceiling, tie into and use the current sound system in Reynolds coliseum and link equipment in video control room, distribution of the music and lighting to the coliseum as requested, audio console , Shure wireless system , wireless intercom, lighting console to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 26, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite.
